Shipping and handling charges are based on the delivery option you choose and the weight of your items.
You'll see the shipping cost listed when you checkout.

2nd Day
Next Day

Once we have shipped your item/items, it is no longer in our control.
Any delays caused after shipment must be handled by UPS.

If you've waited a couple of days and you still don't have the package:

1. Check if anyone accepted the delivery (household members, neighbors, the mail room, front desk, etc.)
2. Check your mailbox.
3. Look around the delivery location. UPS will sometimes leave packages in a safe, hidden place like on a side porch, in/around your garage, or behind bushes.
4. Look for a notice of attempted delivery. UPS might be holding your package at their local hub for you to pick up.
